$644,414 is what i had on the 10th of December, and you haven't been on or really said anything to me about the loan, you need to update me so i can finish this loan i have.

cupofjoe is the lender.....BW is trying to make good on debt but doesnt know how much he owes.....cm's have been sent...Joe logs sporadicly....BW is covering his hindquarters and trying to do the right thing

Can't you then just calculate the amount owed based on the last report he or you made?
as you said, you owed 644k (if that is what you were saying) and at a certain % per day / week
or you just pay the amount you would owe based on a non interest loan and get it straightened out later?
Isn't Joe stationed at an Air Force base in Germany? He might be rather busy at the moment.
