**
guess the correct combination **
Tonight, I will have with me:
A) Pajamas
B) A teddy bear
C) A hot water bottle
D) My blankie (confused?)
E) A pillow
F) Socks
G) A set alarm clock (next to the bed)
H) A warm hat
rules:
Send 5k to CR-2 Mule
please include the letters in your guess (for easier processing)
winner gets all money sent, plus a bit. No partial prizes... all or nothing.
disclaimer: I wont have time to go through all the posts tomorrow morning, so it may take a while... be patient and review what others have chosen before you, refunding duplicate guesses is a hassle.
how many items are you taking? or is that part of the fun...

chelon (ElvenBlackMage) 218.14.73.189 maulaxe (CR-2 Mule) $5000
would be nice if you give some clue... like where you live, how old are u or how many items.... now it is 1-8 items + combation. Better chance than wining power ball?
So, beyond why you are wearing a hat and socks to bed, what's the question?

I believe there are 255 possible combinations of sleep accessories, so the chance that someone guesses the correct combination is pretty low.
Also, by blankie, do you mean the small sort that children drag around (as in that cartoon), or a full-sized blanket on you bed?

so in effect, you could try all 256 possibilities, for $1,280,000 and win it + a bit? :p

Well, the 256th combination would be to pick none of those accessories, though I suppose it is a possibility. Maulaxe, please tell us you have A) at least ;)

OK...
5 of those are true. since this is new information, those who guessed before may change their guesses. Sorry for not thinking ahead : )

ForgeBird - 1 guess paid for
D refers to the kind Linus has, not a large bedspread.

8 choose 5 = 56, so there are still plenty of possibilities...

so far all the guesses have included...
G) A set alarm clock
so I'll just come right out and say it:
