Okay, I know that normally in a list, the C for being in a clan is supposed to be next to a person's name but recently I've fought people who were in a Clan but the C wasn't next to their name. Is this a bug or does my PC just hate me?

If they are in an econ clan it will not show up with a C.
Also, if they just get into a clan it may not show a C until you refresh your left frame.
