I received a similar message. It's change month and we're being compensated for NW changes to our equipment.

Seeing as how the CMs went out before the changelog entry was made, I don't think someone asking about this is an idiot.

I got an individual message for each of the nine or ten bucklers that I own. My first thought was "I wonder what would have happened on CB1 back in 2003 if we'd had chatmail and Jon had upgraded steel shods while Steve was trying to corner the steel shod market."
