Base AC on all true shields increased 5 points, with a corresponding decrease in upgrade costs. As usual, the difference has been applied to existing shields, with a refund for anything left over. Penalties to DX and magic increased by one point.

Buckler of Mandos gets a 2-point increase in AC; no changes to bonus/penalties. MgS completely unchanged.

This calls for wiki changes. I've started it off by editing the list of armor pages.

When I equipped my MS, I no longer got the bonus to DX from my EC and EBs

I should be getting +20 from those and -6 or -7 from the shield.
