somebody and draganz share the same ip (all of them) even 1 that already has been banned
if you look at there email adress you see its simulair
blok_niels@hotmail.com and rubenblok26@hotmail.com are the adresses for the lazy ppl
and the other 1 that was banned is aliki and this-is-ur-dead

niels and ruben are both dutch names, and i presume that they are 2 friends playing on 1 address :)
To add to Shade's conclusion: Blok is a Dutch last name, so presumably these people are brothers.

Family members often share both the same last name and the same IP.

Why should they tell us that they are 2 players? It would be better that multis would tell that they are 1 person instead :p

Admins have said on multiple occasions that those posts aren't neccisary.
If your a multi, no post is going to protect you, and if your not, then no one cares that your brother/sister/friend/dog plays.
