Do you have to have voted for an item before it is spawned to the auctions to bid on it? or can you vote while it is in the auctions and still bid on the item?

You need to have voted on the item before it is put in auctions so you can bid on it. Didn't vote = no bidding chance :)

Thanks Shade, I swear that I remember being able to vote after the item spawned and still being able to bid but that was a long time ago.
This does make more sense.

Perhaps you bid on it a week earlier then also, because votes last 2 weeks or so.
