I have a CoI +8 Named, NW 213818... So... to blacksmith it up to +11 it would cost me 550k+... was wondering really, how to figure the formula out to see if forging would save money from blacksmithing? I mean... if I had 1m to spend on forging, how would I figure out what I would be getting back when it was done?

NW increase / forging rate

in your case if the forging rate was 68% then:

$1,000,000 / 0.68 = $1,470,588

Sorry it should read:

Money Spent / Forging Rate = NW Increase

if you have 1 mil available to spend on forging, then you would get:

1 mil / 0.70 (forging at 70%) = 1.43 mil NW put into it.

if you would forge yourself, then also take into account the money and exp you don't make by fighting the BA you use for forging, and if it is worth it.

With a month left of NUB I say forge yourself.
