yes you heard right what is it for? i fight i get hurt i goto my home page wow my minions dont have health, heal for $80 but why if i can still fight?
whats reason for it and should i heal?

clicking fight does heal you before the actual fight, and you will pay that $80 then...

The only reason that heal button is there is to show you that healing is not free. It already auto-heals you before each fight.
