This has been happening for a while, I use Safari, and I have never suffered any failed botcheck penalties. I click 'back' and I'm fine, glitch?

Doesn't happen on Firefox

If you fail to provide an answer for a botcheck in 2 minutes, or give twice a wrong answer in a row, then you do get a botcheck penalty. This check is done entirely on the server, whatever browser you use is irrelevant.

Thats weird... Well, assuming I'm not lying, (I have no conceivable motive) then what would you like done or not done and is it fixable?

You're in luck, no penalties, don't make a fuss or else you'll end up with a run of penalties ;)

He seems to be missing the point, the browser does not matter.

I had a similar problem when I was using Safari *shudders* I was always failing botchecks because it either froze, or I typed it in and it would come back as a fine. Not sure what to tell you about this, no one could help me with it either. My suggestion, get Firefox, Safari is horrible. =)

I believe SaintMichael is reporting this as a potential exploit - he doesn't have a problem with botchecks. I think he is saying that he just hits back and keeps on fighting without answering the botcheck.
Bartjan and Special K are saying no way.
I'm not buying an Apple to find out.

I think he even says he can fail 2 bot checks, then press back and just continue fighting without paying the fine...

I think you should turn yourself into the authorities immediately. You must be punished for using Safari! This deviance cannot be tolerated!
He's tried turning himself in, the authorities refuse to hear him. Cheat on!

If you use Safari to fight, you deserve whatever migitating benifits you can get to compensate for its abismal keyboard work.

I run some tests with SaintMichael and all appears well and in order.
