Moddin->Herbstwind loan (in Public Record)

Herbstwind has taken a loan from me of 400k with 4% interest.
I used the money to buy a MC in auctions :
$400,000 for A Mithril Cuirass [35] (+26) ended 2006-03-03 18:59:23-05

I transfer the MC and he pays me 416k back ....
No further restrictions. (i know him so i have nothing to worry)
