In the wiki/help, it states the
RoBF "Protects against fire". Does this mean it provide 100% protection against Fireball? Or a percentage (of the tattoo level)?
It's a weak %...someone might know what it is, but so few people seem to care...

It really isn't that weak. Mine seems to eliminate most damage from two-four member teams at my same MPR.

It is actually a rather strong FB protection, from my short experience testing around with it.
My only disagreement with it is that the flame blacklash doesn't affect mages, only tanks. =( Otherwise, I'd use that sucker.

Why would the flame backlash affect mages? They are not "up in the mix" like tanks.
Okay, no definite percentage known? So I'll take it that the protection is fairly decent, unless anyone has anything more information?

I think is would be 20% of the tattoo's level.

Is that a random guess or an educated guess, Shade?

educated guesstimation of something which was semi stated a long time ago, but i will / should do some more education tests on the subject ;)

The problem with doing controlled tests on Tats is that they're self-leveling ... because they're capped, it's possible, but it's still annoying.
