And then I answered the Question:

I assume by score you mean level. Protection 33,058 or a little less should provide an effect of 16 as according to a chart I got from one of Seftons replies to the last protection thread.

33,058 is eactly correct, 33,057 is still (15)

also Dispel 30,000 (24,000) if anyone wanted

duh :) protection doesn't cast below (4) value.
