Where o Where did my VA go? (in General)

From a battle with The Slayers, he has a low DM (less than 10k) so my VA does indeed go off, its level is over 500k. The Slayers also has a very large AS of over 500k. Slayers PL is about 20414.

Now War is not using a leeching weapon, an ELS and should leech some HP via VA but does not. Since War took GA damage, he should have some VA leech as well.

Conquest has a MH and should leech over 50% of his damage (at least on the first blow in a round) but only leeches 20% (the MH inate ability).

Can someone help me as to what I am missing?

You will see, in time, that almost every time Jon adds something as new as a new skill/spell there are bugs that pop up. Call the first few days after a new skill/spell/item pops up beta testing.

Some of Conquests damage is over the HP of the minion, that may be why the leech on his damage is less.

However, this does not explain why War does not leech anything from his hits.

PL is preventing the leech

Since the PL did not take more than the total damage I did 25380 vs 20414, there should be a VA leech on the difference as there is GA damage on the difference.

Where is the PL there? That minion is long dead, so should not the VA work? The GA certainly did.
