Equipping a cab to my UC tank took 5 from the level. Has this always been the case? Wiki says there is no penalty to UC. Mistake in the Wiki, (...sorry Help) or un-recorded change?
The entry on Cabasset said no penalty. Changed to reflect the penalty.

someone changed more of these UC penalty things, and they were wrongly changed... :/

I just checked the history for the Cabasset page, but all versions including the initial one did contain a line about Cabasset having a -5 UC penalty.

Check the version by Flamey, done March 21st, 3:31 AM. Even has the removal of the penalty in the comment.

Yeah, but did you check the differences with the previous version?
All versions, except Flamey's edit, do include a line about the -5 penalty. Reverting back to version 8380 would have been enough.
