Ok so my clan is positive and I kick the negative guys.. for some reason what they had in negative was again subtracted from the clan... we just got ripped off.....

you just don't have enough positive fights to counter the negative ones...

No. These guys i kicked were averaging at 360 negative. When i kicked them the points that got taken away stood. But when i kicked they stayed there and i guess the server read it as then they also took the amount again..... so from those 3 i lost double points

Yep. That's what happens when you remove someone from the clan: any points they've contributed, whether positive or negative, stay for the rest of the day. Clans have been disbanded because of this effect... :/

Yep, it sucks, I'm not sure why it works the way it does.
