I know this has probably been asked but, what is the best way to prevent MM from inflicting damage back on me, I have read the help and faq section but it only confused me more. All answers welcome ( please no sarcasm). I am doing well with the character I am currently playing I guess I am just curious. Thank you .

Training your MM higher.
the only MM backfire you have is from AMF, and the only way to counter that is to train your DD spell higher.

The ToE endurance also reduces AMF backlash, if you choose it as a tattoo.
only cure for AMF besides a max sized ToE is huge DD. Train more MM.
