So yeah, we're a lot further into the beta and pretty stable by now. (Although we're sort of "pulling a google" by not taking it out of beta yet.) We've been getting good press, including a pc magazine editor's choice.
We also now have a CB-style referral program: if you refer someone to Mozy, you *and* the referral get extra space. (I think we have a few CB users from my last post, so I'll let them post their referral links if they're so inclined.)
Oh, and we offer extra storage for a fee now, besides the 2GB-for-free plan.
(And just for the record, my boss relieved me of all customer support duties after he read the CB FORS list. :)
