RoBF Changed (in General)

hey i think that there was a change made the RoBF, it seems that the FB absorbtion that use to cap for the battle seems to be capping at each round now. i havent been able to pin point a % and such but it seems to be a slight change, and i am glad too lol, any ways when i get more info i let you guys know

PL + RoBF is a Tank killer! Stick it on a high HP/AC no Dex (to maximise the number of hits the tank has on you) minion and watch Tanks kill themselves!

Missed that! ;) I didn't think the RoBF had any sort of 'cap' for battle or round?

I thought it absorbed (however much) from any fire attack. Possibly like a ToE reduction.

alright it does now cap at the round not the battle anymore so it has been changed it seems to be caped at 10% for the round and seems to either absorb for the whole fight or upto max tat level (cant find any FB that last more than 10 rounds) im gonna keep looking into this but yeah it has been changed lol

I'm pretty sure it always allowed you to absorb about 10% of the tat level for each FB attack, are you sure you didn't make a mistake previously?

Zolog Yeah im pretty sure because before i got a strat that would work with RoBF i sent alot f time testing it so unless i forgot something yeah

shade zoglog said that the fire ball absorbition always had a cap at every round but it didnt and now it does (slight change i was talking about) i thought you were refering to that but i guess you was refering to the fire damage with each strike cause that is the only thing this proves

Someone needs to update the wiki:

"Protects against fire. Approximately 10% of tattoo level is absorbed per battle.(Meaning if you can absorb 10K damage and take 10K in the first round you no longer absorb anymore.)"

Not sure how long ago this change was made, but it sounds like it was a while ago?

Also, is the aura effect for protection and damage dealt, or only one or the other?

That used to cap for the battle? If it didn't have a cap then why talk about a cap for the battle? >.<

And I do think that it had a cap back in the days, but that the RBF's were much too small to get to that cap.

velvet both the retal damage and absorbtion is effective by the aura
shade finish the sentence from before it use to cap at the battle ie 10K for whole battle will now cap at 10K every round
second i made the current changes to the wiki based on my findings from before and havent fix it for this change yet
