Question for the admins of CB (in Public Record)

My little brother, Mitchell, is 13 years old, and has lately been asking questions about CB. He seems interested in the game, and we have been discouraging him from playing due to the recent multi accusation. Although, I can tell he wants to play it. Looking at the pros/cons now: Pros: 1)he is a cool dude, adding to CB's community, 2) No paypal, so he's not playing just to sell out. Cons: 1)Suspicion...Weighing all options, it seems like it shouldn't be a problem if he plays, on the condition that no transfers will be made within this ip adress, EVER. So, will his be allowed, or is 2 siblings on 1 ip enough?

I think you can if there are no lopsided transfers..if you sell something to him for a decent price that's ok..

if you play as 2 persons and don't send anything in between, then nothing can be said to stop him from also playing.
