No. It's a performance-tuning program for certain nForce motherboards.

of course you can crash your pc using that program-it's a program to be used for overclocking your pc in windows-if you don't even understand that then do not use that program and/or try to overclock your pc-if you do use it then do a search on google as to how to use it correctly...

NVTune is a great program btw...
