are not a valid excuse because CB is a privately owned game, so the "Constitution" or any part of it do not have anything to do with this game. Lol

CB is a game hosted on an American server, and abides American laws. Nothing will change that.
Unless some crazy Chinese person breaks into Jon's place and steals his server and smuggles it back to his country, that'll certainly change it.

Private server, just like a private establishment, can deny anyone service for any reason.
