I'd say novice has a healthy amount of goatliness in him. Why, with his scruffy face, he's a veritable young Billy Bockfuss!

ACK! Don't get me started on goats! They are the biggest petting zoo bullies! They will butt you from behind and push the little lambies over and knock you into the stupid fence just to get some more of those smelly little pellet things that don't even look like they change that much before they come out the goat's other end.

And they all have those evil little demon eyes. The only good goats are those ones that are always on the video shows because they freeze up and pass out and tip over when you scare them. That is the only type of goat that should be allowed at the petting zoo.

It would be really cool if cows froze up like those goats when scared. Wait! What about BEARS?! That would be COOL!

I just remembered one other thing about goats. One time when I was little we went to a county fair or something and we were going through the pens looking at the livestock and in this one pen there was the most incredibly noxious strange funky odor. It was indescribable and intense, almost to the point of being tantalizing. The only smell I can think of that came close was from a cast I had on my arm for 6 weeks in a hot summer and that still wasn't it. Anyway, IT WAS THE GOAT PEN! The smell was so bad it made ME freeze up and tip over and I've smelled some pretty smelly smells before.

...if everyone could find a way to include the phrase "pretty smelly smells" in their daily conversations.
