Rare Equipemnt (in General)

hello.

i wanted to check into this game and ask if anything has changed in regards to rare equipment. does it load at all in the stores anymore, or is it just in the auctions?

i could be way off on how this works now, but i havent been around in a long time.

Unfortunately Shab, (he who OWNED the stores at one time) camping is dead, and all efforts to try to get it reinstated have been put down. Get out your wallet if you plan to compete at the top anymore :)
