I am posting this question in reference to my tattoo. I have a max tattoo of like 835k, and my TOE is 827k. I have gone through like 5 BA cycles and it hasn't leveled up at all.p..is there something I am doing wrong??Or is it that when the tweek was made to make your max tattoo grow slower, does your tattoo grow slower as well??
oh it is named and eve3rything..it just wont grow..now on my 7th BA cycle...still nothing

Roenall's explanation, I believe was the following:
Since it is named, the experience and level that it has is 4% above its "normal" level. This is why your tattoo's level hasn't been growing yet because it hasn't out-grown the naming part of the level.
Roenall means that your tattoo is considered to be 4% larger, so it won't start growing yet.

Bah, I forgot about the naming thing, too. I just stated using my large ToE again, and was thinking it was taking a long time to grow...
4% really adds up when the level is over 1mil!
