Why was Hanzzzz banned? (in Public Record)

Why was Hanzzzz banned for having multi accounts when both my friend and i made our accounts at the same IP address?

you and your friend played as 1 player having multiple accounts, in that case both accounts are banned for being multi, which isn't allowed.
