Banned: LayWaste-[bA for USD / CB scamming. (in Public Record)

LayWaste-[bA received USD for deals he made to sell CB. He made the same deal with at least three players only sending CB to one of them. He's not responded to CM's from either party or myself and clearly has dishonest intentions. Paypal have been informed.

I find that _very_ hard to believe. I've had many dealings with LayWaste (aka Blackaxiom) - I bought his supportership, sold him a character, and he did many millions worth of forging for me. I just can't believe he'd try to scam people. He was always a very friendly and honest person.

Hard to believe or not - it's true and beyond doubt.

The best con artists are always the most plausible.

What surprises me is that I can't find no Public Record posts about these sales.
Please, always make a Public Record post when real cash, or large amounts of CB$ is involved. It may not always protect you (see PR Policy), but it will help protect others who come right after you.

Well If we could still make 2-way posts on the FS/WTB then we all would've seen who made the first bid and not been forced to rely on CM's for communications.

If Jon hadn't made this game then we couldn't sell CB$, so, yes, he is to blame!

I have to say, yes - a PR post would have helped (if it had been read)also I believe everyone should ask the seller to confirm the sale on their own post - but this would/may not have happened earlier this year when posts on WTB/FS were allowed.
