Incase anybody is wondering who he is - he is Elliot Smith who died in 2003. A fantastic songwriter who unfortunately, like a lot of them, was a troubled soul. Fantastic songs. If you like The Beatles circa The White Album, or Lou Reed, or Leonard Cohen or Mark Eitzel or Nick Drake (you get the idea maybe?) you will probably like Mr Smith.
