ive noticed that we do not get BA like we were. we normally got it at 9:00 9:10 and so on, now we are getting it at 9:04 9:14 and so on
ive check the server times and we are getting BA every 10 minutes just 4minutes later....does this matter...no....but i thought i'd share :P

There is nothing wrong with this, the replenishing times are based on when the game comes out of cache flush.
