Weapons NW and allowance (in General)

Anybody got a rough idea of where you can use weapons of a particular NW without it impacting on PR? Where the weapons allowances land?

For instance I've a 2 mill NW weapon that currently adds 50k pr to my little 5k pr char. When will I be able to use it without it adding to pr? Any ideas?

Interesting info in the Wiki and the linked posts but I'm not a huge amount clearer. What I really want to know is what point roughly I can use the weapon. I guess I can be patient and keep trying lol...

Perhaps you should follow the PR it adds to your character over a period of time, say from your 50k MPR to 100k MPR or so, and see if it follows a certain trend.

Roy7's info is actually pretty helpful. I'll keep an eye on things and see if his info follows what actually happens with my char....

I can tell you already that when your MPR reaches about 50k to 60k you should be able to wear that thing with no problem. Many contests have shown me that if a weapon adds x PR, then adding roughly x MPR will give you enough allowance.

And when I say contests, I mean tournaments.

Yeah, I was kind of suspecting that might be the case but I wanted some confirmation. Just feeling a little bit impatient!
