Require email verification for wiki changes (in General)

I suggest to require email verification for wiki-changes, as it is already with forum posts. Won't help much, but might help slightly and can't hurt :)

Maybe just get rid of name changes unless they are approved or something... cause thats all anyone vandalizes anyways

maybe those that have changed the names to things in wiki should be told how to use it correctly and not to try and change the name of anything in there.

if thats already being done then i apologise.

and i always thought it was the other way around. e-mail needed for wiki not forums.

We're already doing that for edits, but not for renames. Added to renames as well.
