Why do you play CB2 (in General)

I did this once, and I decided to do it again.
Why do you love CB2? Why keeps you mindlessly hitting that enter and down and up arrow key?
I love this game because I love trying to help new players, and trying to get new ideas thought about. I keep coming back because I have no life.

So how about the rest of you?

I play because I've always liked MMORPG, while CB isn't necessarily massive it has a highly interactive community and everchanging gameplay. IMO, any game in which the players can actually influence game changes is already above par. Then add in the coolness factor that CB is and voila... felt like I needed to post something after the horrific post that preceded =)

I play becuase I find interest in something that requires stratagy, something that you don't just have to hold down a single key, or click randomly to become the best. This is such a great game becuase of the community. That is by far the biggest reason I come back, because I always have a helping hand to help me with all of my stratagy problems, and an ear to listen, and give me helpful advice.

Am I the only one who's sole purpose for being here is to amuse Bast?

I'm here because Todd is holding me ransom, he wants to play the game but cannot do it openly in fear of the ridicule for the whole quit and return fiasco.

I like watching the little numbers turn into big numbers,

and well beating up people will have me coming back for a while...

that and I Can't Stop!!! They won't let me...I tried once, made it almost 6 months then zoop right back.
Oh yeah and once I saw a blimp ;-)

I don't actually play the game, apart from my 160 BA every couple of weeks. I come here for three things; to chat, to post, and to run Trivia. However, since more and more people are losing interest in Trivia, there aren't any good threads to post in, and chat has been slowly dying ever since who knows when, my interest here is... dwindling :-(

I use to play this game because my old PC couldn't run anything else. Now I log in because it's a habit.

With me, it's more of a hobby. :)

Anyway, I started because I needed something to take the edge off my MMOG cravings. Not sure what will happen when my NUB runs out.

One of the things I find frustrating is that you can't simply try out a new strat idea - any significant change is likely to take weeks to months to turn into reality.

One of the reasons I don't like to play Final Fantasy (although it is a great game) is that I hate the long walks between places. Then when you get a random encounter, you still have to go through the motions of fighting the monsters even though you will definitely beat the crap out of them. I really hate the delays and the long boring walks to get from point A to point B.

With CB, you equip and just beat the crap out of anyone you can beat up. No mess, no fuss, and no having to waste time to go from place to place.

I play because it is a good way for me to get rid of my excess money. It also enables me to feed my children less and therefore they grow up much leaner and fitter.

I also like Bast.

I also like Buying weapons/armour for USD and not using them.

I also like training characters that are almost good enough for the top ten and then dropping them so I can spend more USD on another one.

I also like Bast.
