Is it possible for Decay to deal no damage at all? (in General)

Does this make sense? Ungoliant certainly had HP during this first round of melee, because she only died during the second round of melee.

the question is how much HP Matsuura had, even with a 1,00 the caster still should have had to deal with some AMF backlash...

The caster died that round, though as Direct Damage spells are listed before Physical Damage I take it they are processed first. That would leave the minion, which didn't have Phantom Link to bring the HP to the magical 0, still with HP...?

I have to sleep now, can't look into it any further now but I am curious...

I think there is an oddity with how decay is handled in 1.00 cases that doesn't act as expected (effectively halving the casters HP would be the expected result)
