If I ever decide to go on a vacation (yeah, right, who does!?) and take my high character out of the clan and replace it with a smaller one for the time being, will I be able to put it back in when I return?
The clan currently has a 0 PR allowance and my main character will be over the 0 PR allowance, of course, when I get back and want to get back into clan fighting.

you can't, you get stuck.
people have done that and had to leave clans because of it. so your clan will have to stick it out if you leave :)

i switched char to get border in and now i cant get him back in, wasnt really planning on putting him back in but i cant
