Possible Sever Lag... (in General)

Anyone else experience lag, like when you click fight, the page just freeze, or you get an error message says the sever is too busy?

I thought we just got a new sever not too long ago? Or is it just me...T.T? But I do have DSL thu...

Server wasn't changed anytime recently... It's almost definitely on your end.

Personally, if I'm to have something severed I wouldn't want it to lag. That'd just make the pain last all the longer...

I have also been having these problems.

I find that every so often the server hic-ups on me. It happens an average of twice a day. It can be a real pain when you're in a rush to spend all your ba before you have to leave.

I just thought this was one sided and was prolly my router being dumb.

If you want to see if the server is lagging, or if it just you, click 'Community' and look on the right hand side and you will see this:
Load average for past 1/5/15 minutes is 0.45/0.64/0.76

Generally the load average is below one second, so if it is above one second, the server is a little laggy. Otherwise, it is just you.

Those are not seconds...

The Load Average is the number of processes that either are using the CPU, or want to use the CPU. As this server has 2 CPU's (I believe), generally any load below 2.0 is fine, unless the server is waiting for IO (disk, swapping).

For example, I do think it may be a little slow right now:

1/5/15 minutes is
5.75/3.74/2.61

oad average for past 1/5/15 minutes is 0.56/0.54/0.62 seems to be fine for me.

Not much of lag but still [0.77/1.15/0.88]...

1.96/0.92/0.76

Close to 2, but still not yet =).

Don't mean to spawn this, but just to say sever is over loading.
And I am not making thing up.

The server obviously has it's busy and less busy moments, but it all comes down to the connection it has to the internet and to us.
