I was doing a little forging on my axbow last night and got to about 60% of the way to the next "+". When I logged in this morning, My forge project had been changed to my HG's and all my progress on the axbow had been erased.
Why?

Have you placed the Axbow in the blacksmith in the meanwhile?

Aaahh.... so when I asked the blacksmith to up the "x", he decided to undo all my "+" work, eh? That's pretty low of him.
Also, why would that switch my forge project over to the HG's?

Because your progress on the Axbow is rendered 'complete' the forge picks the item which was the last to have any forging done on it, which were the HG's.
