For trying to get round the spell checker in
this thread.
The confirmation page clearly states the following:
- Ignoring this advice and simply padding your post with extra words to get above the 0.15 threshold without an exceptionally good reason will result in a fine.
This fine is $25,000 in this case.
shade if you are going to get me on that post you may as well get me on at least another 2-3 posts... i cant help it that the spelly checker doesnt like the way i talk. i dont put commas and i like to shorten things up as much as possible... but thanks for taking my money! :D
sorry for double posting but, if i am gonna beef up my sentences with extra words, if i add an "exceptionally good reason" in that thread... will i be ok then?

HC: I always properly spell words, but now and then I'll use a word that CB doesn't recognize. In such a case, I may find it necessary to "pad" a post with a request that that word be added. I believe this sort of situation is a good reason to pad a post.
Padding a post because you're too lazy to learn to spell or type is definitely not a good reason, and never will be.
i know how to spell... its just because i use words like ure in stead of your.. u instead of u and dont instead of don't or do not. its how i have been typing for 3 years on line, and its gonna be a hard habbit to break.
Also shade, i would like to appologize, for my ramblings, but i didnt know about that rule. And i have done it a few other times,... and it would be nice if you would let them slip by... since i didnt know. If not u can go ahead and get me on them, i guess.
*sniffle sniffle*
but as some of u may be able to tell... i usually just do the bot checker stuff, for fun. I like to make people laugh :D?
in games, like for instance maple story, and wow... i like to talk a lot of "smack"
in order to talk "smack" you have to be a fast typer, and u can not take time to spell out all the words correctly or type out whole words, it slows u down, and it is usually the first person who gets their word in starts to make the other one look silly. And that is embarrasing for them, and i get a good laugh out of it.
So thats where the habbit kicks in... i cant stop my typing speed... but i guess i can try for this game only to try and make my words, a little more... spelled?

Is a habbit a cross between a rabbit and a hare?
Or did you mean habit?

There's never a need to pad a post. There's an explanation on how to use the <nospellcheck> tags immediately after submitting your post and before you choose to confirm it.

"and it would be nice if you would let them slip by"
The one I fined you for was too obvious for me not to deal with, the others will not be fined.
Though I think you have learned a good lesson ;)
i have learned a lesson and im trying to find the non spell check things now...
Or correct the obviously _wrong_ words, then you'll have enough words in total to leave "wrong" the ones, that you think are amusing, incorrect.
yea, but the obviously wrong ones sometimes comes down to spelling. And i think i know how to spell some words and i don't... that and the obviously wrong words, are just ones i use in my regular vocab... like the ones i stated earlier... i also like to make up words... like imprealous
imprealous=a combination of the words impressed and jealous...
i bet ure all imprealous of me for making up that word arent ya....?
