just gotten this chatmail, and like the title says: what does this mean???
It means the new players now have goals and, as your mentees complete them, you will be notified of their progress.
They get a small cash award for achieving each thing on a list. Buy a ranged weapon and appropriate ammo. Look up a given character. Achieve a score of 500. Forge an item. etc.

also, if you look up your "Mentored by" page you can see the whole list of what your students have achieved
since when is this been added?

Found it, but can we have a more handy, easier accessible link in our own user profile perhaps?
Similar to whether you are a supporter or not, or a Quarter Blender, could the 'Mentor' link there be added to view your own mentees? Could be much more handy for looking them up.
