in stats it says it drains 1/3 of the opponents dx, if i have a base assassin crossbow it still drain 1/3 of the dx or is it based on the x?

It never was 1/3 but 1/3%, on a per x basis.
it isn't 1/3 anymore but 1/11th or so.
is it 1/11 or 1/11 of 1/3? and there is some constant as well (or was)

and yes there still is a constant, non percentage, factor also.
Will bonuses on arrows affect this? i.e. if I have x10 damage quarrels will it boost the drain affect?

Nope, it's only the effect from the weapon itself.
I think it is 1/11 of 1/3 as I don't remember Ranger's x bow draining 90% when I borrowed it.

Hmmm, it could be 1/30% then...
if you take Ranger's huge Axbow, ~ x1000 this would be a drain of 1/3 of the DX per hit, does that seem right?
so its based on the x, bummer was hoping it was base :(
