Where to start..... an NCB char?
Is there any point in starting a NCB character if you don't plan to play every BA (and buy as much of them as possible)?

Yes.
Just check mine. I bought every BA for about a month and a half and then quit that silly rush to keep my social life alive.
You could hit 700k MPR at the end of the period without buying BA or hitting all of your BA, no problem. ^_^

yes, if you're not going to use it, its just sitting there, you wont be buying BA so you don't need funds, its just extra XP, thats all.

@G Beee: I'm fat and lazy again :-( I managed to keep the top 10lb off but things haven't gone well. Congrats on your progress though. The graph looks great.
