(Elven) Short Sword (in General)

I'd be cool if some items (like the short sword and light xbow) had a MUCH cheaper cost for PTH increase and a more expensive (possibly exponential) increase in X. Would give options to those wanting to put a small weapon on a dex-less Wall/E.

i do believe the light crossbow has the cheapest cost for PTH of any crossbow

I think for April fools Jon should make everyone through pies .Like maybe a pizza pie for a Bone or Boston creme pie for the Elb .Every thing would work the same though. And before you say why ,Just for fun!
