Ok here is the deal.

I am forging all items. Some are gonna cost more.

But the Terms and Conditions are below.

1. The work to be performed will be started on the day the item is sent.
2. The owner(You) of the item will pay me for the satisfactory completion of the work in full at the time that the Owner(You) takes back possession of the Item.
3. Payment will be paid as follows for forging:

20% Down
remaining balance when is completed

NOTE: Failure to make payments as stated above may result in Contractor(ME) having an enforceable claim against the Item in question.

4. This contract is binding on all parties; posts will be made in PR and YOU must REPLY saying you agree to the contract terms and agreements.

Tattoos needing leveled

I will level your tattoo in accordance with the following terms:

1. I charge a 2K fee to level your tattoo + $10CB per level attained

Example:

TOA lvl 125 Starting at this level.

Leveled after 100 battles to TOA lvl 1,350

1,350-125=1,225*10=12,250+2,000= 14,250

2. The owner(You) of the item will pay me for the satisfactory completion of the work in full at the time that the Owner(You) takes back possession of the Item.

3. All Tattoos must be sent Perm. To "The Slayers", This way I can level them how you want, and can send back when you need it instead of you having to wait. Also as a Collateral for payment.

I am forging a MgS for Kong Ming from 27 to 35. please confirm.

Confirmed. I will use 353k + my AGs +11 as payment. He will forge 2.79 million in nw for me. Please confirm.

this is correct.

Just to add, the MgS nw increase will be from $611,056 to $2,407,737. That will be about 1.8 million so Abhorsen has to forge another 1 million on another item.

what is the 'remaning balance' then? I don't see a hard amount of cash or a % of the NW being it...

Well, the issue here is I'm not using cash as payment that's why your terms and conditions will have to be a little more flexible. I have already stated that I will pay the 353k in cash for you to pay the fees. If you really want, I'll send all of it to you and, the AGs when the MgS job finishes.

You must understand from my point of view that in order to fully pay for the AGs (1.6 million value), I required you to forge 2.28 million in nw (at 70% rate) which is more than the job for the MgS. So technically, the job is not completed. Thus, I've offered you to forge more for me (probably the BoTH). Since I will be paying you 353k in cash plus the AGs, I will expect forging of 2.79 million in nw now. I've cm you an offer to pay an additional 500k in cash and you do 714k nw more. So I'll pay 853k plus my AGs (1.6 million cash value) and you forge a total of 3.5 million in nw (70% rate). That way, you can have cash to pay for the fees and still have remaining cash for your future jobs and of course, my AGs as well. Hope this sounds clear.

Just to add, I've paid 353,624 upfront so its almost 20% of the MgS job. And I just realised that you only need to pay 15% of the nw increase in fees because you are in an economic clan so you only need to pay 269,502 for the fees.

Bonuses takes effect 1 week after joining... I do believe.

I thought bonuses should take effect once you join. You mean you have to wait one week?
