I will pay you with the Morgul-Hammer as stated above.
You will forge a certain amount of Net Worth on my Vorpal Blade, which will be loaned on a week by week basis. (shouldn't be that expensive I think)
Alternatively, if you have a worthy collateral (I refuse to be let out in the cold) the item could be transfered permanently, for the time being of the forging job.
