Zhakrin will be instant upgrading his Morgul Hammer with mine.
He will pay the following:
His smaller Morgul Hammer (hence the instant deal)
His Vorpal Blade [75x714] (+50) NW 8,764,243
and an additional amount of $3,000,000
Big Morgul Hammer will be sent as soon as the deal is confirmed and the items/money are sent.
