If I retired all my chars except a 1 MPR one and bought all my BA and sent 50k to CB would that be allowed?

First: please make your thread's title some more self explaining instead of just "Question"
Second: it would be allowed I think, because nobody would know that you bought the BA after retiring all characters
Third: it is however a form of cheating and shouldn't be allowed imho.
