What will it cost me to recover the $1,060,025 cb cash from my retired character Lucas Cortez ? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks, House.

To unretire a character, send 50k to central bank and then CM Beee or Bart or any admin.
They will do it as fast as they can.

or, if the char was recently retired, wait a few days, and you'll get the option to do it for free :)

It was retired last November 20.
I've unretired it for you, please send 50k to Central Bank.
