LODD, I don't know if you are familiar with making deals but:

You should know and let others know what NW increase it will be.
Pay an appropriate price, which is anything above 65%. (I haven't seen people asking less recently)

20 k is too less for tat job ill do at 70%

for that small an upgrade dump it into the Blacksmith, thats my advice. Or wait until you can buy a proper weapon and stay of the tank strategies
