I really hope Blizzard announces a Diablo 3 this year. That would be awesome!

I reckon they wouldn't, just coz it'd compete with their own game WoW...

Taking possible new players/existing players of WoW who pay a monthly fee to playing D3 which would most likely be free-to-play sounds unlikely :(
And even if it was pay-to-play, again, competition with themselves... it's a shame no other game maker can step it up like blizz!

I once wanted to spend 12.4m on Runescape, just to drop them and get a screen shot of dragon battleaxes spelling out:

You could have always used HTML [pre] tags to solve your posting problem because then your post would have looked like this...
