Tattoo NW suggestion (in General)

Is a Tattoo's NW growth linear with it's Level growth? if not, is there anyway we can add Tattoo NW by Level increments of X in the wiki for reference?

It isn't linear and it should be simple to figure out the equation relating the two. The more important data would be how much a certain tattoo level affects PR or how the tattoo's exp is related to it's NW.

Yeah it is more important about the Tattoo's effect on your characters PR. I wanted to know how much NW a higher tattoo would cost so I'll have a rough idea as to how much it would cost to Insta Up. and another question, is a level 100k ToE the same NW as say a level 100k ToA?

yes, otherwise, i think re-inking would produce a problem...

Check expired auctions and compare NW. You should be able to get a fair estimate.

But yes, this information in the wiki would be helpful if anyone can be bothered.

Tattoos add their XP to the char's XP for purposes of PR.

A Lesser tattoo at 100k is the same NW, as well.

Tattoo X @ 100k = Lesser Tattoo X @ 100k = Y NW.

Maybe I'm missing something, or the NW of Tats has changed since October 12 2006. The 532020 ToA is the one that you see in auctions sold on 10/12/06, the 475057 ToA is mine as of this post which has more NW yet is a lower level.

Tattoo leveling got a nerf. Level is now approximated instead of being the level a normal stat would be given all the XP in a tattoo. I would imagine that this means that Tattoo NW is based on tattoo XP as opposed to tattoo level (though level is derived from XP as well). This means than once a tattoo reaches about 90m XP, it's NW will be less than it would have been under the previous model (and it's level will be greater, likewise... see the changelog for details).

Well since the NW of the Tattoo's before November are different than the NW of Tattoo's now, there isn't a Tattoo high enough for me to find a reference. My tattoo is 480k and I want to up it. If anyone has a level 700,000-1m level ToA, I would appreciate it if they'd help me out. :) thanks

All tattoos have the same NW and PR addition given the same level.

IE: a 1M TOE has the same NW and PR addition as a 1M TOA.

Okay then, I revise my last post. Can anyone tell me the NW of any Tattoo lvl 700,000-1m? Thanks.
