I propose that every time CB goes down for more than an hour Jon has to do a shot.Votes on what may now commence !

Will not work as quite a few times CB2 goes down before Jon has the knowledge it will.
He unfortunately cannot get into his time machine and let us all know before unforeseen events take CB down.

I think the ISP will be running out of staff pretty fast if Jon were to shoot one each time they are down...
